What is GLP-1 (Glucagon Like Peptides)?
GLP-1 is a hormone produced in the small intestines that simulate insulin secretion and inhibits glucagon secretion, thereby lowering blood sugar.

Subcutaneous Administration
You'll inject theGLP-1 medication once or twice per week depending on doctor recommendation and on your wants and needs, on the same day each week. You can take your dose at any time of day, but try to take it around the same time each week. Your doctor or another healthcare professional will show you how to give yourself injections of the drug.
Sublingual Administration
Sublingual administration of GLP-1 medication is designed to be placed under the tongue (sublingual) for absorption, offering an alternative to traditional injection methods.
